Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

Article 1 — Purpose These T&Cs govern the sale of products made on maisonharcel.ma between HARCEL SARL AU (“the House”) and any customer (“the Customer”). Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 — Products The products are swimwear and beachwear, offered in limited edition. The photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible; slight variations in shade may appear depending on the screens and do not engage the responsibility of the House.

Article 3 — Price Prices are indicated in dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery is included everywhere in Morocco. The House reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the product is invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order The order is validated after confirmation by the Customer and reception by the House. A confirmation email summarizes the order. The House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute, out of stock, or legitimate reason.

Article 5 — Payment Payment is made at the customer's choice: cash on delivery, by credit card via CMI, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Card payments are secured by the provider; the House does not have access to the Customer's banking data.

Article 6 — Delivery Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, everywhere in Morocco, within an estimated period of [2 to 5] business days after preparation. Deadlines are indicative. Risks are transferred to the Customer upon receipt.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and exchange In accordance with law 31-08, the Customer has a withdrawal period of [seven (7)] days from receipt for distance purchases, under the conditions provided by law. Beyond the legal framework, the House offers an exchange within 14 days. Conditions: the product must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags and, for bottoms, the hygienic protection strip in place. For hygiene reasons, a swimsuit that has been worn or whose protection has been removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Article 8 — Returns and refunds For any return or exchange, the Customer contacts the House at management.harcel@gmail.com. After receipt and verification of the product's condition, the House will proceed with the exchange or refund within [X] days. Return costs are [to be borne by… — to be specified].

Article 9 — Warranties Products benefit from the legal guarantees provided by law 31-08 and the Dahir of Obligations and Contracts (conformity, hidden defects).

Article 10 — Personal data Data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Force majeure The House cannot be held liable in case of non-performance due to a case of force majeure.

Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes These T&Cs are subject to Moroccan law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts of Casablanca.
